Within the scope of the definition by United Nations, students to be enrolled from underdeveloped, developing and
developed countries will receive discounts at the rates 25%, 50% and 75%, determined by the Scholarship Students
Committee within the framework of the University Scholarship Directive, taking into account the students’secondary
education grade averages.
